This document presents the essential information about each payment and settlement service provided by the organization, tariffs and terms of service provision.
The organization ensures the acceptance of non-cash payments by individuals and legal entities through the POS terminal for utility services, fixed, mobile, internet, television (cable, IP, satellite).
The customer carries out the payment process in the customer service hall of the organization's head office in Yerevan. Customer service is available Monday-Friday from 09:30 to 16:45.
The customer submits:
- Identity of the payer: passport, public service number (social security card number), certificate of non-receipt of public service number or identity card (ID CARD), personalization number (state registration, registration number, etc.).
- Non-cash transfer for utilities via POS terminal by payment card.
- During the application of the payment card or payment card requisites, a payment and settlement document is formed in paper and (or) electronic form, which is certified by the cardholder's signature or using a PIN code or other codes provided by the card payment settlement system. for implementation and certifies their implementation.
Acceptance of non-cash payments through POS terminal is as follows:
• The customer makes the payment through the customer service hall of the organization's head office in Yerevan.
• The customer wishes to make utility payments via non-cash payment card.
- The cashier verifies the amount of the customer's debt from the billing system of the respective operator and informs the customer, after which the customer collects his password through a POS terminal and if there is sufficient funds in the card account, the cashier repays the utility debt.
- The cashier provides him with a payment receipt - a card receipt, the other copies of which he keeps.
- If necessary, the customer also provides a phone number upon request.
A corresponding receipt is provided for each transaction, which contains the above-mentioned information, such as the date of the transaction, time, cashier's name, surname, as well as a card receipt.
Important:
- The attached bank card data is stored in "ArCa" system, which has PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) international payment card data security certificate.
- When servicing payment cards, the bank uses a two-way 3D secure system.

Payments are accepted only with VISA / MasterCard և ARCA payment cards issued by ArCa member banks.
