DEAR CUSTOMER,

This document presents the essential information about each payment and settlement service provided by the organization, tariffs and terms of service provision.

The organization ensures the acceptance of non-cash payments by individuals and legal entities through the POS terminal for utility services, fixed, mobile, internet, television (cable, IP, satellite).

The customer carries out the payment process in the customer service hall of the organization's head office in Yerevan. Customer service is available Monday-Friday from 09:30 to 16:45.

The customer submits:

  1. Identity of the payer: passport, public service number (social security card number), certificate of non-receipt of public service number or identity card (ID CARD), personalization number (state registration, registration number, etc.).                                                                                                                                 
  2. Non-cash transfer for utilities via POS terminal by payment card.
  3. During the application of the payment card or payment card requisites, a payment and settlement document is formed in paper and (or) electronic form, which is certified by the cardholder's signature or using a PIN code or other codes provided by the card payment settlement system. for implementation and certifies their implementation.

Acceptance of non-cash payments through POS terminal is as follows:

  The customer makes the payment through the customer service hall of the organization's head office in Yerevan.

•  The customer wishes to make utility payments via non-cash payment card.

  • The cashier verifies the amount of the customer's debt from the billing system of the respective operator and informs the customer, after which the customer collects his password through a POS terminal  and if there is sufficient funds in the card account, the cashier repays the utility debt.
  • The cashier provides him with a payment receipt - a card receipt, the other copies of which he keeps.
  • If necessary, the customer also provides a phone number upon request.

A corresponding receipt is provided for each transaction, which contains the above-mentioned information, such as the date of the transaction, time, cashier's name, surname, as well as a card receipt.

Important:

  • The attached bank card data is stored in "ArCa" system, which has PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) international payment card data security certificate.
  • When servicing payment cards, the bank uses a two-way 3D secure system.

Payments are accepted only with VISA / MasterCard և ARCA payment cards issued by ArCa member banks.

SERVICE WITH MIR CARD, VISA / MASTERCARD CARD ISSUED BY "MELLAT" BANK IS NOT PROVIDED.

"ITF" LLC payment settlement organization provides the payment settlement service of non-cash collection of payments by payment cards in cooperation with "Araratbank" OJSC.

This presents the essential information about each payment and settlement service provided by the organization, tariffs պայման terms of service provision.

The organization ensures the acceptance of payments for utility, fixed, mobile, internet, domofon services by individuals and legal entities through non-cash payment cards.

The customer:

  1. Register on the personal page of the organization's website
  2. Fill in the phone number in the appropriate field
  3. Receives the verification code
  4. Enter the code in the appropriate field և generate its password
  5. After filling in the above fields, the customer is taken to his personal page, where he fills in the following information:
  • Name, surname, middlename,
  • ID card or passport details and soc. card,
  • E-mail address.

After logging in, he can attach his payment card, for which a one-time fee of 100 AMD is charged.

Acceptance of non-cash payments with payment cards in the Internet environment is done as follows:

  • The client makes payment from his personal page on the organization's website.
  • In order to make non-cash payments for utility payments through payment cards, the customer enters the "Payments and Transfers" page, selects the service for which he wants to make the payment. Enter the subscriber number. The billing system of the respective operators makes a check on the amount of debt for the service, after which the customer clicks to pay and enters his code. Debt repayment is made if there is sufficient funds in the card account.
  • After completing the payments, the customer is provided with a non-cash payment order (receipt) electronically to the e-mail address specified by him / her.
  • The payment receipt reflects the date, time, name, surname of the transaction.
  • At the same time, the payment receipt is stored electronically in the technical and software environment available for the given customer (in the "Transaction history" section of the Personal Page), which allows you to print the payment document, print it on an external carrier or send it to an e-mail address.

Important:

  • When servicing payment cards, the bank uses a two-way 3D secure system.

The customer is obliged to immediately inform the employee of the company in writing about the erroneous payments due to system malfunctions by calling +37410540517 or writing to info@itfllc.am ․ to the Company to recover erroneous payments from customer payment cards through the Partner Bank, indicating all the information necessary to recover such erroneous payments.
