o The Organization shall make money transfers for loans and interest accrued by individuals and legal entities to credit organizations.

The customer performs the payment process through the customer service center of the company's head office in Yerevan.

When making a loan repayment, the customer must indicate the name of the credit organization, the account on which he / she wishes to make the transfer, the recipient's name, surname, credit agreement number, passport series and number, payee name, surname.

If needed, the customer also provides a telephone number upon request.

 

Each transaction shall be accompanied by a receipt containing the above information, as well as the date, time, date of the transaction, name and surname of the cashier.

The customer submits his / her confirmation document * and a copy of the debtor / beneficiary ID or passport data to ensure payment accuracy.

* Passport, Public Service Number (Social Security Card Number), Public Service Reference Number, or Identity Card (ID CARD).
