This document provides essential information, tariffs and terms of service for each payment service provided by the entity.

The organization carries out the collection and collection of property tax, land tax, garbage collection fees by individuals and legal entities in favor of Yerevan Municipality.

The customer performs the payment process in the customer service office of the company's head office in Yerevan. Customer service is available Monday-Friday from 09:30 to 16:45.

To make a payment, the customer must indicate the administrative district, purpose of payment, passport data for individuals, public service number (Social Security number), public service number or non-identification card (ID CARD), legal entities / For sole proprietors - personal identification number, state registration, registration number.

Customer submits:

Payer ID: passport, public service number (Social Security number), public service number or ID card ID, identification number (state registration, registration number, etc.).

Each transaction shall be accompanied by a receipt containing the above information, as well as the date, time, name of the cashier and the name of the cashier.
