The organization makes money transfers for individuals, banks, card accounts and bank deposits, as well as loans and interest repayments.

The customer performs the payment process through the customer service office of the head office of the Organization in Yerevan.

To make a bank transfer, the customer must indicate the bank, card account on which he / she wishes to make the transfer, the name, surname of the recipient, credit agreement number, passport series and number payer name, surname when making a loan repayment.

If needed, the customer also provides a telephone number upon request.

Each transaction shall be accompanied by a receipt containing the information above, as well as the date, time, name of the cashier, and the name of the cashier.

The customer submits his / her confirmation * and a copy of the debtor / beneficiary ID or passport data to ensure payment accuracy.

* Passport, Public Service Number (Social Security Card Number), Public Service Reference Number, or Identity Card (ID CARD).
