Account and Data Deletion – ITF App

If you want to delete your ITF account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to delete your ITF account via the app

1. Open the ITF app.
2. Go to the <strong>Personal Profile</strong> section.
3. Tap on your data at the top and open <strong>Personal Information</strong>.
4. At the bottom of the page, you will see <strong>«Delete my ITF account»</strong>.
5. Select <strong>«Delete my ITF account»</strong>.
6. Confirm your request.

Data to be deleted

• Email address
• Account information
• Profile data
• Saved preferences

Data to be retained

• Transaction records

Deletion timeframe

All relevant data will be permanently deleted within <strong>30 days</strong> of confirming the deletion request.
